If you are unhappy with your box, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 5 days of it being delivered to start the refund or exchange process. Please email us first with a return or exchange before sending your box back.
We want you to be completely stoked on your Daisy Box so we will happily return, refund or apply store credit with any boxes within 30 days of delivery. All boxes must be sent back with each item in the box completely unopened and unused. Once the box has been received on our end, your refund or credit will be processed.
If items are missing from the Daisy Box, damaged or used; no refunds, returns, exchanges or store credit will be offered.
If your box arrives with the wrong items or damaged, please reach out to us! We will do our best to make it right.
We are a small operation here at Daisy Box so we appreciate your patience and understanding when contacting us! We LOVE our customers and want everyone to feel SO STOKED on our boxes all the time. If that doesn't happen, please do not hesitate to reach out.
